Strawberry Baklava Tart

We have strawberries coming out of our ears at the moment! So I invented this by accident, filo tart baked on its own, filled with strawberries covered in syrup, stirred enough to knock a little juice out of them but not lose their shape. The syrup soaks into the base giving a baklava like texture and flavour, would do this again.
