Pork

Had some just Pork pigs done. Philip Warren cut some beautiful loin steaks and the chops grilled up lovely at 11pm last night, perfect with a little seasoning and slapped on the BBQ. There are also sausages, and some really nice joints, the Loin joints have been cut with the Tenderloin in, the T-Bone of Pork.
